Geographic Locations

Concentration in primary and secondary markets throughout the United States.

Target Loan Terms

  • Preferred loan size range of $5M to $25M
  • 2-5 year loan terms
  • LIBOR-based variable rate loans seeking 5-11% annualized rate of return, adjusted depending on risk
  • Security:  First liens mortgages
  • Total LTV:  Not to exceed 70%
