- Preferred loan size range of $5M to $25M
- 2-5 year loan terms
- SOFR-based variable rate loans with a spread of 500 to 750 basis points, adjusted depending on risk and asset type
- We have expertise in the hospitality sector as a lender and owner/operator
- Security: First liens mortgages
- Total LTV: Not to exceed 70%
